Shipping Policy

We ONLY ship to billing addresses. If you have questions, please contact us. Shipping to alternate addresses will be on hold until we can verify your identity.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

Your Sales Orders are shipped by us, in our discretion, by Registered/Insured U.S. Mail, UPS, Federal Express or another common carrier.

Delivery Time

This varies based on location and depends on the shipping methods, carrier, and weather conditions. We make no guarantee on delivery times.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subjected to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or other factors. We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order that violates these shipping restrictions.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping as standard. We only serve the continental USA and Canada. However, if you reside outside of this area and is interested in purchasing, please contact us to discuss further. Your country may charge customs and duties and this is the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
