Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us and let us know the reason for the return or a request for an exchange and get a return authorization code within 14 days of purchase. Items shipped to us without a return authorization code will not be accepted for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. unused, in the same condition that you received it
  2. in original packaging with a return authorization code
  3. receipt/proof of purchase

Unless damaged or defective, we DO NOT accept refunds for:

  • any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • any items that are returned more than 14 days after purchase
  • returns that do not meet eligibility criteria as stated above (i.e. missing receipt/proof of purchase)
  • special ordered or custom/customized products
  • gold products (all sales are final on this class of products)

Note: shipping costs ARE NOT refunded.

If the shipping carrier has confirmed they have delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please work with the shipping carrier to identify next steps. 

Process

Once we’ve received your item(s), we will notify you of receipt via email and inspect the item(s). We will notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund as well as instructions and shipping address. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Special ordered, customized, sized, altered or damaged jewelry, CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We only issue exchanges for a replacement. Upon receipt, inspection, and approval/acceptance of the item(s), the applicable replacement will be sent to you.
